Our client requires a Business Sustainability Business Analyst to drive process optimisation and stakeholder collaboration to deliver effective solutions and continuous improvement. They are committed to rewarding their employees for their impactful challenging work, so here are the perks:

You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:

  • BCS Business Analysis Certifications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst across diverse projects.
  • Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in business change initiatives involving people, processes, and technology.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products.
  • Fluent in English, written and oral.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Gather, document, and prioritise stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, facilitating effective communication to maintain shared understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Evaluate and optimise current processes, recommending or designing solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support solution implementation, including testing, validation, training, and post-deployment monitoring.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges, integrate feedback into solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for enhancement, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
