The Role

As a Branch Assistant, you will support branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock levels, and assisting with product deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing stock levels to ensure 98% order fulfillment.
  • Support in stock movement control and reporting any damages or discrepancies.
  • Lead and guide branch staff to maintain professionalism and high service standards.
  • Process orders, including selecting, assembling, and delivering goods accurately.
  • Assist in counter sales and customer service interactions.
  • Ensure branch security and compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Deliver and collect goods efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanour.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve branch and company targets.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices in the branch and company vehicles.
