The Role
As a Branch Assistant, you will support branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock levels, and assisting with product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing stock levels to ensure 98% order fulfillment.
- Support in stock movement control and reporting any damages or discrepancies.
- Lead and guide branch staff to maintain professionalism and high service standards.
- Process orders, including selecting, assembling, and delivering goods accurately.
- Assist in counter sales and customer service interactions.
- Ensure branch security and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Deliver and collect goods efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve branch and company targets.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in the branch and company vehicles.

The Ideal Candidate

- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Previous experience in a customer service, branch operations, or driving role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
