You will collaborate with the Facilities Manager, manage vendor relationships, maintain preventative maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will support the reception administration team and assist with site projects and corporate events as needed.

The Role:

  • Familiar with Health and Safety compliance
  • Admin from Engineering/ Facilities maintenance Coordinator background
  • Proficient in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office
