We are recruiting a new and exciting position for a reputable and friendly dental practice in Burgess Hill. As Practice and Business Manager, you will work closely with the Director. This is a crucial role and Senior role within the practice, as you’ll be the eyes and ears for them during operating patient appointment hours.
The purpose of this position is to assist drive the business forward by identifying sales opportunities within business. This is client facing role where you’ll interact with patients daily whilst managing and supporting the front of house/reception team.
Who we’re looking for…someone with…
- Great interpersonal skills
- Experience managing and motivating a team
- Able to identify business opportunities by understanding services offered and selling various products to existing and previous patient/clients
- Business development experience - speaking to prospects over the phone, email and in person
- Can contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of figures
- General administration
- Feedback any issues or discrepancies to the Director as and when required to ensure matters are resolved in a timely manner
