Our client provides life changing medical services to their clients and they are looking for a Sales Manager to join a small team to lead by example and provide training, support and motivation.

You’ll be managing a team of c8 made up of Sales, Customer Support & Admin to achieve their goals and reach their potentials. They are looking for a person with experience of using CRM systems to be able to identify sales trends, performance increase opportunities and use their training and mentoring skills to coaching the team to realise their potential.

This is an office based role working Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) and reporting to the CEO. In addition to managing the team, you will have your own call responsibilities.

The position comes with an attractive base salary and ote up to £50,000
