Our client is a provider of Innovative Medical Services to customers and are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join the team.

You’ll be leading a small team of Inside Sales Reps, Telemarketers, Customer Support and Admin (c8 people in total) and will be setting the strategy and driving activity and standards to support the continued growth of the organisation.

The successful candidate doesn’t necessarily need previous management experience, but they do need the passion to lead a team; be driven by quality & integrity of customer service and be able to analyse call data to identify performance trends and opportunities to upskill the team and drive sales.

You’ll be mentored into the role and given full training on the company’s services and quality standards whilst getting to know your team. Once full trained, you’ll then be responsible to driving sales through increased productivity and improved call transfer rates. Providing training and support to the team and setting KPI’s and targets to achieve personal and company growth targets. This role will have its own personal call handling responsibilities for repeat customers.

Office based from Burgess Hill, Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm)

Attractive base with OTE of c£50,000
