A Residential Conveyancer is needed for a high street practice in West Sussex, with the option to work from home two days per week.
Candidates should be a Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) with experience in various Residential Property conveyancing matters.
The role involves handling sales/purchases, re-mortgages, auction sales, shared ownerships, and new build sales, with additional experience in enfranchisement or commercial matters being advantageous.
IT literacy and familiarity with Case Management systems are essential, with secretarial support provided in due course.

Residential Conveyancer required for high street West Sussex practice, WFH also on offer

You will be either a Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) with experience dealing with a range of Residential Property conveyancing matters.

Caseload includes sales/purchases, re-mortgages, auction sales, shared ownerships and new build sales. Any additional experience with enfranchisement or commercial sales/transfers and leases would be an advantage.

individuals must be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems, additional/secretarial support will be on hand in due course.
