Customer Service Administrator

£25,000 - £27,000, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, Burgess Hill, pension, 23 days hol + bank hol, social events

The Role

Our client, an established and growing business in the renewable energy sector, are looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their team. Working in a busy customer support role, you will be responsible for handling customer communication from active customers in relation to their renewable energy installations. This role is a real blend of phone-based customer service and general administration. Some duties include:

  • Managing company email boxes and responding to customer enquiries
  • Answering telephone calls from customers and resolving customer issues
  • Managing customer complaints and escalating where necessary
  • Liaising with 3rd parties to provide updates to customers
  • Entering data and generating certificates, licenses and handover packs for customers
  • Logging and taking payments from customers
  • Using and updating company CRM

Requirements

The successful Customer Service Administrator will have experience working in an office environment. You will have fantastic communication skills and be comfortable using computers and systems. Excellent attention to detail is also vital to the role. You will be joining a dynamic, vibrant team so a good sense of humour is a must! They also sometimes have dogs in the office so it would be beneficial if you love animals!

Package

£25,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience

9am - 5pm (with 1 hour paid lunch)
