Our client requires two Customer Service Experts to facilitate seamless operations by processing orders, managing customer communications, and providing first-level support for digital order solutions. You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:
- Achieved Grade C or above in GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths.
- Skilled in using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and SAP.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably within a contact centre environment.
- Knowledgeable in handling both B2B and consumer-focused customer service.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring impactful delivery.
- Patient, empathetic, and attentive, maintaining a calming presence in interactions.
- Resilient and tenacious, thriving under pressure.
- Collaborative team player with a strong goal-oriented mindset.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges.

In this role you will be working in and amongst the Customer Service team to ensure delivery of exceptional service to customers. You will also be responsible for:
- Ensure timely delivery of reagents and consumables to support customer operations.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage customer communications across multiple channels within agreed service levels.
- Provide first and second-line digital support, promoting the use of digital tools and platforms.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers to handle purchase orders and resolve logistical issues.
- Maintain and update system data as required.
- Address customer dissatisfaction, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements, including Export Control and Incoterms compliance.
- Support the customer service team's hybrid working model, including office-based and remote tasks.
