Our client requires a Customer Service Specialist on a 12 month contract basis. They are committed to rewarding their employees for their impactful challenging work, so here are the perks:

You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of business-to-business and consumer-based customer service.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
In this role you will be working in and amongst the Customer Service team to ensure seamless operations by processing customer orders, managing communications, and providing first-level support for digital order management solutions. You will also be responsible for:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proactively follow processes related to Export Control and Incoterms.
- Manage customer communications within defined service levels, ensuring consistently high-quality service.
- Provide first and second-line digital support across multiple platforms, while promoting the use of available tools.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers to process purchase orders and resolve any logistical issues.
- Address customer dissatisfaction by offering suitable solutions and alternatives.
- Assist other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain up-to-date data across all systems as required.
