Your new companyA manufacturing company based in Burgess Hill is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their company for a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an award-winning company.Your new roleBelow is a list of key responsibilities for this role -

  • Providing first and second line support across telephones and emails
  • Confidently communicate with third party suppliers
  • Assisting other departments and stakeholders
  • Ensuring all data on internal systems is kept up to date
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints and providing suitable solutions and alternatives
  • Adhere to processes surrounding export control and incoterms
  • Handle logistics claims
  • Handling customer feedback

What you'll need to succeedFor this role you must have SAP and Salesforce experience as well as back-office customer service. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work within a team and independently. You will be able to confidently work with 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will be able to organise and prioritise your workload effectively. What you'll get in returnThis is a Monday to Friday 9am-5pm hybrid working role, paying £16-£17 per hour.
