Prepare and provide quotations, generate final paperwork, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including purchasing, workshop, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations. Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Seeking an office based Senior Customer Service Executive to join my client on a permanent basis, on the outskirts of Burgess Hill (Own transport essential).

You will be the first point of contact for customers. You'll play a crucial role in managing customer repairs from receipt to outgoing, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
You'll be proactive and customer-focused, handling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment. No two days are the same!

Role: Senior Customer Service Executive
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum DOE
Contract: Monday - Friday - 9am-5:30pm
Location: Outskirts of Burgess Hill, West Sussex. 100% office based.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support.



Education and Experience:

  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload.
