Administrator Maternity cover
Hours 37.5. (can be flexible) Salary £30k to £35k depending on experience. Standard Holidays
Our cutting-edge well-established client who works internationally are looking for a strong sales administrator to help the sales managers and the sales team with tenders and general administrational procedures. This will initially be a one-year maternity cover. Experience of working in support of a busy sales team and strong communication skills will be key. Car owner driver. Office based.
- Experience of a CRM system helpful not essential
- Organised with a high attention to detail
- Happy to participate in sales and strategy meetings
- Organise hospitality during client visits
- Competent use of MS Office
- Happy to help with development of website and social media marketing and development of ideas.
- Ensure Technical documents from clients are logged accurately onto the Sales Database
- Organise travel for the sales and process departments
- Liaise with the companies’ international offices
- Communication with international clients via phone Teams and email
- Ensure bids/estimate signoffs are attained in line with procedures
- Help support training for departments apprentice administrator.
