Property Accounts Assistant
Salary: £25k - £30k DOE + Company benefit scheme
Location: Burgess Hill (office based)
Hours: Mon-Thu 9am - 17.30pm and Fri 9am - 17.00pm
(Can be flexible for the right candidate on hours, pay etc.)

If so, I have a great opportunity for you to join a busy accounts team working for a proactive property company based in Haywards Heath.
You will enjoy working as part of a busy team, be highly organised with great IT skills, and if you have used QUBE (Property CRM system) that would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Raising and sending service charges and ground rent invoices- monthly and quarterly.
- Liaising with clients over the phone, email, and correspondence.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Bookkeeping.
- Sales & purchase ledger.
- Work towards having responsibility for your own portfolio of clients.
- Working with external accounts to assist on year-end accounts.
- Assisting the property managers with budgets, debtors, and credit control.
The right candidate will have the following skills to apply:
- Previous experience within accounts.
- Ideally AAT level 2-3 qualified or qualified by experience.
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet strict deadlines.
- Good IT skills inclusive of Excel and have used accountancy software packages and ideally QUBE (property CRM system)
- Proactive and professional with a "can do" attitude.
