Scheduler - Field Management (Medical Engineering Team)

Our client is a leader in providing planned preventative maintenance services for the healthcare sector.

They are seeking a proactive and highly organised Scheduler to join their team, managing a group of field-based Medical Engineers.

This role involves coordinating schedules, allocating work efficiently, and handling inbound calls, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong geographical knowledge, IT proficiency, and a problem-solving mindset.

• Manage the Field Management System, scheduling and dispatching engineers.
• Allocate workloads effectively based on geography, urgency, and engineer availability.
• Handle incoming calls, liaising between engineers, clients, and internal teams.
• Quickly respond to changes, adapting schedules and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Use IT systems confidently, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.

• This is an office-based role in Burgess Hill.
• Salary: 27,000 - 29,000, depending on experience.
• Bonus scheme & holiday package (23 days + bank holidays).
