Overview:IDEX Consulting is partnering with a leading national Financial Advisory firm seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join their growing team. Due to ongoing acquisitions throughout 2024 and 2025, the firm is looking for a skilled professional to inherit a portfolio of clients based in the West Sussex regionKey Responsibilities:

  • Review and respond to clients' evolving financial needs and circumstances. Keep both clients and introducers informed about new financial products, legislative changes, and potential impacts on pensions, savings, investments, and overall financial plans
  • Acquire and develop new business from both new and existing clients, as well as from professional introducers
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client and introducer relationships through regular meetings, seminars, and continuous feedback to the wider team
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients' financial situations, current provisions, and future goals. Analise information, conduct research, and prepare tailored financial planning reports that address clients' specific needs across all areas of financial advice

Qualifications and Skills:

  • The successful candidate must hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and be regulated via the FCA and ideally making progress towards chartered status
  • A natural ability to build and maintain long-standing relationships with clients, coupled with an empathetic approach
