Eco Recruitment Group are working with a well-known organisation within the Financial Services Industry to recruit a part time administrator to join their team, 25 hours a week.
9am to 5pm. Parking Available. The full time equivalent for this position is £27,000 pa.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up client files
- Checking client documents and files for compliance
- Writing draft letters
- Liaise with suppliers and external parties for updates on documents
- Build rapport with suppliers and external parties
- Keeping up to date with Advisors diaries and outstanding tasks
- General office duties
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
