Scheduling Administrator

£24,000 - £26,000, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, Burgess Hill, pension, 23 days hol + bank hol, social events

The Role

Our client, an established and growing business in the renewable energy sector, is going through a rapid expansion and hiring a dedicated Scheduling Administrator to join their team. Working in a busy customer support role, you will be primarily responsible for booking in engineer appointments with customers. Some duties include:

  • Booking in installations, remedial visits and surveys direct with customers
  • Managing engineer diaries, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Answer phone enquiries relating to bookings
  • Monitor relevant email inboxes
  • Using and updating company CRM to a high standard
  • Liaising with sub-contractors and providing customer updates

Requirements

The successful Scheduling Administrator will have experience working in an office environment with the ability to maintain accurate and organised records of schedules. You will have fantastic communication skills and be comfortable using computers and systems. Excellent attention to detail is also vital to the role. You will be joining a dynamic, vibrant team so a good sense of humour is a must! They also sometimes have dogs in the office so it would be beneficial if you love animals!
