Our client, an award-winning independent agent based in Mid Sussex, is looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join the team. This agency is known for its market-leading customer service as well as its personal yet professional touch. Working Hours for the Senior Sales Negotiator:Â
- 8.45 am - 6.00 pm Monday to Thursday
- 8.45 am to 5.30 pm on Fridays. Â
- 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Saturday working 1 in 3 with a day in lieu.
Salary/Package for the successful Senior Sales Negotiator:Â
- Basic salary - £25,000.
- OTE between £40,000 - £50,000.
- Pool commission structure.
- A modern and energetic work environment.
- Petrol allowance.
Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Meeting and greeting potential buyers and sellers.
- Booking in viewings and valuations.
- Sales progression.
- Negotiating offers and closing for deals.
- Potential opportunity to list/value.
Requirements for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- The ability to generate new business.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
- Ideally, would be in a position to be listing soon.
- A good knowledge of the current property market.
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator is essential
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- A positive and ambitious attitude.
- Full UK driver's licence
