We are delighted to be partnered with our professional, reputable and friendly client who are seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Technical Support & Service Delivery Officer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s ICT infrastructure, providing technical support and maintenance for our network, servers, software, ICT equipment, and audio/visual hardware.
Monday to Friday 37 hours a week, MUST HAVE AN ENCHANCED DBS
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support across the school, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and support the school’s ICT infrastructure, including servers, network systems, and security.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the school’s ICT strategy and service provision.
- Manage and maintain ICT and audio/visual equipment, ensuring functionality and security.
- Deliver guidance and training to staff and students on ICT systems and best practices.
- Work closely with external suppliers and service providers to ensure efficient ICT service delivery.
