Profile:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced ICT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICT desktop, network, and user support, with a passion for safety and the use of ICT in education. You will be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure and providing comprehensive ICT support to both staff and students across our multiple centres.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement ICT software and hardware changes, collaborating with senior staff and external partners when necessary.
* Contribute to the planning, development, and delivery of ICT training for staff, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
* Support and develop our Office 365 environment, including SharePoint.
* Maintain and audit all ICT equipment and ensure functionality of on-prem and cloud backup solutions.
* Set up new users and provide training to new staff members.
* Ensure all ICT hardware and software meets the school's high standards.
* Provide quality service in line with the school's expectations for excellence.

Requirements:

* A relevant degree or equivalent experience, with GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
* Proven experience in ICT administration and networking, particularly in Microsoft Windows environments and Office 365.
* Experience in a similar working environment, preferably in education.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A flexible and patient approach to work.
* A valid UK driving license and the ability to travel between centres, transporting ICT equipment as required.
