A pharmaceutical and biotechnology company in White City are recruiting for a new team member to join their operations team to manage donor relations, shipping, logistics, and documentation processes efficiently. This is a highly administrative role where it's imperative to have excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work onsite full time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm - please only apply if you are happy to, and can commute to, White City/Wood Lane, 5 days a week.  

Day to day of the role:

  • Donor Relations: Manage the reception and orientation of donors, answer initial queries, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Handle order dispatch, including packing specifications, booking couriers, and communicating dispatch/delivery status. Validate shipped orders daily and perform quality checks on products.
  • Documentation: Process all donor and laboratory forms daily. Produce and check Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), ensuring all client-facing documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and record stock levels, temperature of storage units, and ensure accurate product information on company databases.
  • General Responsibilities: Promote teamwork, manage health and safety compliance, and protect company information and security.
