As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a crucial role in our client's organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include developing demand forecasts, enhancing forecast accuracy, and facilitating inventory consensus for a specific sales programme. You will collaborate closely with the sales and procurement teams to ensure efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and develop a 24-month rolling forecast based on historical sales, market trends, and expert input.
    • Analyse data to identify areas where forecast adjustments are needed.
    • Prepare data for monthly demand review meetings and actively participate in those meetings.
    • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for planning processes and systems.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve forecasting techniques and approaches.
    • Monitor and report on inventory health, on-time delivery, purchasing past due, and forecast accuracy.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

    • 2 years of relevant work experience within the sector.
    • Experience in forecasting, supply planning, or production planning.
    • Knowledge of basic ERP system functionality.
    • Proficiency in analysing large amounts of data and identifying trends.
    • Familiarity with supply chain planning software.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
