Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a Freelance Site Manager to join our regional contracting team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an SME construction business and be proficient in managing both new build and refurbishment projects. Strong IT skills, a solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations, and the ability to create short-term programmes are essential requirements for this role.
Project Details:
The project entails a small traditional build extension for a primary school in conjunction with the refurbishment of the SEN playcentre. Project Value £4million
Requirements:
Previous experience in an SME construction business
Proficiency in managing new build and refurbishment projects
Excellent IT skills
Strong understanding of Health & Safety protocols
Ability to create short-term programmes
Degree qualification preferred
Black CSCS Card & SMSTS Certificate
Valid DBS check
