Description
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the department.
- Handle phone calls, emails, appointments and meetings professionally and efficiently.
- Manage and organise departmental documents, records and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Assist in the planning and organisation of events and meetings.
- Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
- Contribute to the team's efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- A strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.
- Experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
