With potential to move into a sales role after 1-2 years, this is a fantastic entry-level position with room to grow!Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, assist clients with inquiries, and build strong relationships.
  • Organise, manage, and accurately file technical and sales documents.
  • Update and maintain the CRM systems.
  • Manage and update the sales documents & presentations.
  • Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Various administrative tasks and support the sales team as needed.
The Candidate:
  • Detail-oriented, organised individual, comfortable managing multiple tasks is essential
  • Comfortable liaising with both internal teams and external clients, building rapport easily.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A 'can-do' mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
The Package:
  • Salary of £19,500 - £22,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 1:00pm
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing up to 25 days with each year of service)
