- Answer incoming calls, assist clients with inquiries, and build strong relationships.
- Organise, manage, and accurately file technical and sales documents.
- Update and maintain the CRM systems.
- Manage and update the sales documents & presentations.
- Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Various administrative tasks and support the sales team as needed.
- Detail-oriented, organised individual, comfortable managing multiple tasks is essential
- Comfortable liaising with both internal teams and external clients, building rapport easily.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A 'can-do' mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Salary of £19,500 - £22,000 per annum (DOE)
- Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 1:00pm
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing up to 25 days with each year of service)
