Clearpath Recruitment are looking for an experienced Ground Maintenance professionalfor our client in Burgess Hill to start asap.
The successful candiadate will travel from the Burgess Hill Site to multiple sites around the Hertfordshire area, you will be paid from when you leave the office until you return later in the day.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Ground Maintenance.
- Responsible for the upkeep of multiple sites.
- 15-18per hour CIS, depending on experience.
- 40-45 hours per week.
- 3 months of work with potential for a permanent placement.
- All tools provided along with company van.
Responsibilities include:
- Upkeep of various sites around the Hertfordshire area.
- Grassed Areas and Lawns
- Flower Beds
- Circulation routes, including car parks
- External signage, inc associated lighting
- Boundaries
- Courtyards and paved areas
- Surfaced areas such as artificial grass
- External Furniture, such as fixed benches
- Sheds
- Play Areas
- External staircases/Fire escapes
- Gullies and drains
- Green roofs
- Ponds
- Smoking Structures and cig-lows
