- Process payroll accurately and timely for clients.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity in our systems.
- Handle payroll queries from employers, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify areas for improvement in the software and processes.
- Assist with testing and implementation of software updates and enhancements.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Assist with the administration of workplace pension schemes, including enrolment, contributions, and reporting.
- Host client onboarding calls as well as potential client calls to explain our payroll offering and demo our system
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
- Proven experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Experience with workplace pension administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- You should be comfortable working independently as the sole payroll administrator.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Attentive to detail and organized.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.
