In this role, you will play an integral part in nurturing children's educational development and working closely with teachers to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons and enhancing student learning.
- Provide focused support to students through one-on-one or small group assistance.
- Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Help manage classroom behavior and ensure student well-being.
- Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
- Offer support to students with special educational needs (SEN) as needed.
- Participate in school activities, events, and parent meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
- A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
