About the Role:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the Central Business Team at Burgess Hill. We are looking for a Communications Officer to work closely with our business team leads, ensuring that our internal and external communications are enhanced and aligned with the values of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business team leads to improve and maintain internal and external communications.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the school's values.
  • Take minutes at leadership meetings.
  • Occasionally attend evening meetings, with notice given and adjusted hours (latest finish time 18:00).
  • Utilize IT tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft programs.
