About the Job
Salary: £24,790 - £25,138Working Pattern: Full Time 37 hours (Monday - Friday) Hours: 08:30 - 4 pm x 3 days, 2 days a week working 08:30 to 5 pm Contract Length: Permanent Location: Burnside Day Opportunity Hub, Burgess Hill

About Burnside Day Opportunity Hub
Burnside's day opportunity hub is all on the ground floor. It has a large garden, with accessible pathways linking a small outdoor gym, covered outside seating, and plenty of shaded spots for the summer months.
The hub has a variety of identifiable, focused areas, including:* Accessible training kitchen* Sensory/relaxation spaces* Art and craft studio* Garden studio* Computer suite* Dedicated spaces for drama,dance and fitness
About You
To become a Support Worker with us you will be:
- Passionate about supporting people to be the best they can be.

- Supporting people to have the opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications / experience
- Adult Care Worker - Level 2 or equivalent is desirable. If you do not have this qualification it is expected that you will begin this immediately after your 6-month probationary period.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills in order to record and document activities.
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety practice, First Aid and Fire procedures, Moving and Handling of people is also desirable.
- UK full driving license - Desirable
