Bluebird Care Sussex Wealdhas an exciting opportunity for a Registered Care Manager to join our Domiciliary Team! With a leading industry salary, starting at £42,000.00 - £45,000.00, depending on experience.

You must have strong organisational and communications skills, be confident to work independently and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Registered Care Manager, Deputy Care Manager or Team Leader.

Registered Care Manager - Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Follow up all enquiries and proactively seek new private client care packages to ensure that company revenue targets are met.
  • Arrange assessments with the team assessors to provide timely and compliant care plans and to attain the best possible profitable care provision, and to sign off care plans as the registered manager to ensure CQC compliance.
  • Liaise with Live In Care Delivery Manager and arrange to hand over any hourly care packages that can be uplifted to live in packages.
  • Responsibility for managing and mentoring of assessors, scheduler and the care field team assigned to this function in the business.
  • Work with the Bluebird Care team and other health and social care professionals to deliver high quality homecare services and to make improvements where necessary

You must have:

  • Experience of person centred support within a care setting
  • Full and valid UK driving licence
  • Access to a car
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent level of English

The following are also desirable:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and social care or Equivalent is desirable
