We are delighted to be working alongside our established and highly reputable motor dealership client as they seek to recruit a Parts Advisor to join their team at their modern site in Mid Sussex. My client has a great reputation within their sector and offers an excellent environment and team in which to work. Parts Advisor

Full time permanent role

Mon-Fri 0800-1730 and 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rosta

Role based in Burgess Hill

There is plenty of free parking within a 5-10 minute walk away from the workplace

Salary £27000 per year plus very good company benefits, plus very achievable bonus of an additional £3000 per year

The role - Parts Advisor

To ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist colleagues / customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing.To ensure that the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels are managed, by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry

High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required for this role. Fantastic communication skills and customer-facing experience are essential as you will be talking to customers both face to face and over the phone.We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to give the best advice on products and services.
