The Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain leadership, with a strong background in demand planning and replenishment.
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and S&OP implementation.
- Strong ability to drive operational improvements and enhance Supply Chain performance.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making for efficiency optimization.
- Knowledge of emerging digital tools and technologies in Supply Chain management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different business functions and geographical regions.
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in Supply Chain operations.
The Role:
- Oversee a team of Supply Chain professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Drive the execution of Supply Chain strategies in collaboration with internal and regional stakeholders.
- Monitor and enhance key performance metrics, including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery.
- Leverage insights from global, regional, and local networks to optimize efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service levels while managing risk and cash flow.
- Strengthen forecasting processes and reinforce the importance of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) within the business.
- Lead the implementation of new Supply Chain initiatives, including system upgrades and digital transformation projects.
- Foster strong partnerships with customers to enhance Supply Chain collaboration.
- Guide, mentor, and develop a dynamic team, promoting an environment of trust and innovation.
