What Will You Be Doing as a Students Support Worker?- As a Students Support Worker, you'll work closely with primary school students, offering guidance and support in the classroom and beyond.
- You will assist students who may have behavioural or emotional needs, helping them to manage their feelings and improve their school experience.
- The role involves helping students stay engaged with their work and encouraging positive behaviour, both in lessons and during breaks.
- Every Students Support Worker in our team sits with the students during lunchtime, providing an opportunity to build rapport and create a sense of community.
- You should have GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above).
