Our Primary Pupil Referral Unit is a place where we provide tailored support to students who need extra help to overcome challenges and engage with their learning.

What Will You Be Doing as a Students Support Worker?
  • As a Students Support Worker, you'll work closely with primary school students, offering guidance and support in the classroom and beyond.
  • You will assist students who may have behavioural or emotional needs, helping them to manage their feelings and improve their school experience.
  • The role involves helping students stay engaged with their work and encouraging positive behaviour, both in lessons and during breaks.
  • Every Students Support Worker in our team sits with the students during lunchtime, providing an opportunity to build rapport and create a sense of community.
