The School and Role 

Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to start a part-time position at a Primary School in Sheffield. The school are looking for some who: 

  • Has good knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum  

  • Is supportive and encouraging to help children reach to the highest of their potential.  

  • Has excellent behaviour management strategies and skills.  

  • Can confidently support children with phonics (Read, Write, Inc).  

 

We are currently recruiting on behalf of the Cascade Trust to help recruit a Teaching Assistant. The aim is to provide a high-quality education for all with a broad and balanced curriculum and the school want children to be excited about their learning and to enjoy coming to school.  They recognise that they cannot achieve their aims in isolation and therefore they value the involvement of parents as partners in the education of their child. 

 

Requirements  

The desired Teaching Assistant will have:  

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children 

  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND in a Mainstream setting. 

  • Available to work on a full-time basis.  

  • The ability to work as part of a team.
