TheidealcandidatewillalsohaveknowledgearoundoraninterestinlearningotherkeyDevOpsareassuchasobservability,CI/CDpipelinedevelopmentandconfigmanagement.Thecompanyhaveapersonaldevelopmentbudgetavailabletoallstaffforsuchcoursesandaccreditations,tohelpaidtheroundeddevelopmentofallintheteam.

Intermsofworkingflexibility,thecompanyemployafullyflexiblehourspolicy,allowingemployeestocompletetheirresponsibilitiesandtasksaroundtheirlifecommitments,nottheotherwayaround.However,giventhenatureoftheroletheyarelookingforsomeonelocaltoSheffieldwhoisabletobeintheofficeafewdaysperweek.
