A client of ours in the Burnham-On-Crouch area are looking for a Temporary Accounts Administrator. This a flexible Part-Time position (office based) working 10-16 hours a week, starting January 27th 2025 ending the beginning of March and paying 13.00-14.00 per hour depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creating sales orders within Sage for two companies.
- Entering payments of purchases into sage and sending remittances.
- Printing off all purchase invoices and electronically filing them within set folders.
- Printing statements and filing completed emails within outlook.
- Sending reminders to pay the proforma sales orders (invoices).
- Turning sales orders into invoices within sage.
- Entering receipts into sage.
Essential Qualifications & Experience for this Accounts Administrator position:
- Experience working on Sage 50
- At least 3 years' Accounts experience
- Intermediate user of MS Outlook in particular Excel.
- Can commit to working from the end of January - March 2025 on a part time basis
