Deputy Manager Needed in Burnham-On-Sea.
Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a deputy home manager to work within our client's residential home in Burnham-on-sea. The client is looking for an experience deputy manager to join the team and assist the home manager in running and managing the care home.
Deputy Manager Vacancy Details:
- Salary to be discussed in interview - Dependant on experience and qualifications.
- Full time, permanent position
- Monday - Friday
- Must be able to work 1 weekend every 3 weeks.
- Deputy Manager experience is essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care as a minimum is essential
Deputy Manager Main Duties:
- To positively support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the administration, care, catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance functions of the service
- To deputise for the function of the Registered Manager during their absence, while, at all times, supporting the decisions made by the Registered Manager
- To manage the service in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Manager, Nellsar Ltd., legislative requirements, relevant regulations and in line with accepted best practice, and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time with Nellsar Ltd.
