The company are a leading landfill operator in the UK - looking to change the way waste is dealt with across the country. With zero carbon goals, this is an opportunity to join the carbon zero revolution by facilitating the conversion of waste into renewable energy on an industrial scale.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring waste-to-energy plants environmental impact - where you will receive full training to become a specialist in leachate monitoring, mechanical maintenance, control systems and more.

This is the ideal role for motivated individual who loves the outdoors - looking for an opportunity to start a career within the renewable energy sector. You will be looking to become a specialist in environmental impact of landfill sites, where you will receive a skillset for life - securing yourself a role within a futureproof industry.

The Role:

  • Leachate treatment on site - including monitoring, sampling and testing.
  • Routine surface and ground water management - including monitoring, sampling and testing.
  • Basic plant maintenance, covering calibration and repairs.
  • SCADA control system monitoring.
  • Ensuring the landfill sites are environmentally compliant and more!

The Candidate:

  • Highly motivated with experience in working outdoors, landscapers, military, labourers, waste management etc.
  • Looking to start a career through full, specialist training.
  • Keen eye for detail - with basic computer skills.
  • UK Driving license.
  • Experience is not needed so this is the ideal role for someone seeking a career within the renewable energy market.
