Job PurposeAs a Tax Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting clients, driving growth, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, and corporate entities
- Ensuring compliance processes are accurate, efficient, and delivered on time
- Advising clients on tax planning opportunities to maximise value and ensure compliance
- Leading on complex advisory projects, such as inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax, and business structuring
- Building strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping them develop their skills and progress in their careers
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client services and contributing to business development initiatives

- ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with substantial experience in tax compliance and advisory services
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of tax legislation and planning opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
- Experience mentoring and leading a team to deliver high-quality results
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with tax software and accounting systems is advantageous
