Shift Patterns and Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday (Day shifts): £12.82 per hour
- Monday to Friday (Night shifts): £13.03 per hour
- Saturday (Day shifts): £13.53 per hour
- Saturday (Night shifts): £13.71 per hour
- Sunday (Day shifts): £13.94 per hour
- Sunday (Night shifts): £14.13 per hour
- Bank Holidays (Both Day and Night shifts): £15.47 per hour
Key Duties:
- Delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Supporting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
- Promoting independence while fostering a friendly and supportive environment.
- Adhering to personalised care plans and maintaining accurate documentation.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the UK (support worker, healthcare assistant, HCA, or carer).
- Right to work in the UK.
- A warm, empathetic approach to care.
- Willingness to complete necessary compliance requirements.
