Key Responsibilities:
Support students in overcoming behavioural challenges to promote a positive learning environment.
Assist teachers in the classroom by providing targeted support to individuals and small groups.
Cover classes as a supply teacher, following the work set by the regular teacher to ensure continuity in learning.
Implement tailored strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and monitor behaviour plans.
Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment that encourages student growth and development.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a mentoring or support role within an educational setting.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (if you don't have this, we can assist with the process).
A driving licence is preferred but not essential, as commuting to different schools will be required.
