Restaurant Manager 5 Star Hotel 1 AA Rosette 

We are a 5* Luxury Boutique Hotel with a 1 AA Rosette  standard restaurant, we also host private and intimate weddings and events. Our emphasis is on quality produce, outstanding service and a big warm welcome to our guests.

Sitting within a stunning Georgian property, we host a cosy pub & bar, a 1 AA Rosette 
Restaurant, and 2 self contained weddings & events suites. We also have a 5* Luxury Boutique Hotel which hosts private and intimate weddings and events. Our emphasis is on quality produce, outstanding service, and a big warm welcome to our guests. 
You will need experience for this role - not only with the practical tasks on a daily basis, but be able to show leadership and organisation. Reporting directly to our General Manager, training and support will be given in all areas, but please note - this is a senior role within our company.  Your primary role will be to open, over-see, and close our beautiful Brasserie on a daily basis, over 5 days out of 7. 

You will be responsible for recruitment, training, implementing and upholding service 
standards, along with creating a warm and welcoming environment to our guests. We open 7 days a week and you need to be hands-on, in the thick of the action in this fast-paced venue.  You will need to be computer literate in order to send and process pre-orders for your larger tables, and a knowledge of (or keen to learn!) the back office side of our tills, in order to update menu and price changes. 

What we're looking for: 

• Practical, working knowledge of bars & restaurants at a Rosette level or similar. 
• To take a leading role with our junior team members. 
• Meeting & greeting guests,. 
• Be well presented at all times. 
• Cashing up responsibilities across bars & restaurant tills. 
• Closing, locking up, and securing the building at closing time. 
• A cheerful "can-do" attitude. 
• Take pride in a job well done and look for those smaller details. 
• Promote the visions & values of the business at all times.
