Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust quality management systems.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits to assess quality performance.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using tools like 8D, PFMEA, and PPAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in aerospace quality assurance.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (RCCA, 8D, PFMEA, PPAP).
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Engineering qualification.
- Internal audit qualifications.
