Job Title: Part II Architectural Assistant
Salary: 23,000 - 30,000
Location: Burnley
Calibre Search are working alongside an RIBA Chartered practice based just outside of Burnley, who are currently looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join the team.
This position will see you join a supportive team of Architects and Architectural Technologists, providing a great environment for any ambitious Part II where you will get the help and guidance you need to help progress you towards chartership. Schemes range from large commercial developments, hotels, and a variety of residential schemes, so if you're looking for a practice which will allow you to broaden your portfolio / skillset, this could be the role for you.
Role Requirements
- Must be Part II qualified with a RIBA accredited qualification
- Ideally a minimum of 12 months post Part I experience
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
- Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
