Description

We have an exceptional opportunity for a new senior sales professionals to join our high achieving sales team in north Leeds. You will identify and seize opportunities for new customer acquisition, employing advanced cold calling techniques to drive sales. You'll become a subject matter expert on our portfolio of Fuel Cards (Shell, BP, Esso, Texaco, All star, many more) and our suite of fleet products to engage and guide potential clients from first contact to full integration of services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Maintain a full understanding of our product offerings and the market.
* Strategically plan & prioritise sales activities.
* Conduct targeted business-to-business cold calling and manage a mix of lead types.
* Oversee customer accounts, maximising fuel volumes and meeting diverse customer needs.
* Drive and close new business opportunities via the phone.
* Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
* Generate and manage an effective sales pipeline via our CRM system.
* Develop an awareness of the broader industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
* Any other duties as may be reasonably required.

Requirements:

In this role, a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets is crucial, you will have proven success in generating new business via the phone and managing key client accounts. Your skills in effective sales strategies, including cold calling (via phone) and client relationship management are vital.

* Telesales experience (preferred).
* Hungry and eager to earn uncapped potential.
* Keen to establish lasting relationships with clients and new business.
* Demonstrable experience of closing new business opportunities on the phone.
* Highly motivated and goal driven.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
