Description
As an Accounts Payable Specilaist you will be responsible for:

Processed and managed high-volume accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices.

Reconciled vendor statements and resolved discrepancies to maintain accurate accounts.

Verified and matched purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices to ensure proper approval and coding.

Managed vendor relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues promptly.

Assisted with month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and journal entries.

Ensured compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all accounts payable processes.

Assisted with preparing reports for management, such as aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
