Description

As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsile for:

  • Process and manage incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Verify and match purchase orders with invoices and delivery notes.

  • Prepare and process payments to suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.

  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies or issues.

  • Handle and respond to supplier inquiries regarding payments, invoices, and account balances.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement and finance, to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure all payments are processed within agreed terms to maintain strong supplier relationships.

  • Support the preparation of financial reports and audits related to accounts payable.
