Rotherwood Education is looking for a passionate Job Coach for an established College in Lancashire.
The position involves supporting interns during their work placements, training them on tasks, and providing guidance to workplace employees.
Candidates should have a Further Education or QTS Qualification and prior teaching experience, particularly at the A Level or equivalent, along with professional experience in Job Coaching.
The role requires a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and inspiring student progress.
This is a full-time ongoing position starting ASAP, with a competitive salary based on experience.

Rotherwood Education are seeking to employ an enthusiastic Job Coach on behalf of an established College within the Lancashire area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, with a strong commitment to fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment for our students.

The job will require the candidate to;

Support interns on their work placement activity at a workplace in Burnley
Support interns to access and undertake work placements
Train interns to complete work tasks and activities required for the role
Provide support and guidance to the workplace employees working with the interns
Contribute to the review and progress monitoring of interns on their work placements

This is a full-time ongoing position starting in ASAP

Job Coach Qualifications and Experience;

Education: Further Education or QTS Qualification.
Experience: Previous teaching experience at the A Level or equivalent is highly desirable. Professional experience in Job Coaching.
Attributes: Passionate about student progress and education. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Commitment to continuous professional development.
